The DNA Microarray and Deep-Sequencing Facility Göttingen (UMG) -Transkriptomanalyselabor (TAL)- is a non-commercial service based institution at the University Medical Center Göttingen (UMG). It aims to provide flexible high throughput genomic services including deep sequencing, microarray, Nanostring solutions including experimental know-how and statistical data analysis. Our Core Facility performs sample quality control, sample shearing, library preparation, deep sequencing, labeling, array hybridization and Nanostring nCounter analysis. We have established and tested standard operating procedures (SOPs) and all projects are performed following these SOPs.
